  • Availability: Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Drop 001 orders are preorders. Estimated shipping window is 3–4 weeks after the preorder closes on June 29, 2026.
  • Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, courier issues, or other external factors.
  • Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All Drop 001 orders are preorders made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information (pricing, availability, descriptions) is error-free.
  • If an error is discovered, we reserve the right to correct it and modify or cancel orders accordingly.

  • You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Harassment, abuse, or attempts to interfere with our site's functionality will result in account termination.

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
