Refund policy

All Drop 001 orders are preorders made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@jon-clo.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production is initiated.

European Union — 14 day cooling off period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@jon-clo.com with your order number to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
