Preorder & Processing All Drop 001 orders are preorders. Production begins after the preorder closes on June 28, 2026. Estimated production time is approximately 30 days. Once items arrive at our facility, orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

Estimated delivery window: 3–4 weeks after June 28, 2026.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard shipping only.

• Canada: 3–9 business days after shipment
• United States: 3–9 business days after shipment
• Europe: 6–12 business days after shipment

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

International Orders Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. JON is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages JON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
